I had called in multiple times and been given a quote for service. Once I was able to pay they never called back and took my and took my business. They didn't have any kind of common decency to call me back and let me know that they were too busy or that they weren't able to take my case. I expect basic professionalism especially from a law office. I called in and was told that he was on vacation even though my Court date was coming up in the next week and a 1/2. We had been discussing for almost 2 weeks before.

My family has worked with this firm off and on for many, many years and Mr. Woods has always proven to be a fair and honest and hard working attorney for ALL OF HIS CLIENTS nobody gets special treatment... I'm currently out on 10,000 dollar bond and have been going to court in Navajo County for 3 months I've barely spoke to my public defender I've left message after message I even mailed him a 6 page letter explaining my situation I've been respectful and understanding of his case loads but this is my life my future my freedom and it matters nothing to my lawyer. I've emailed Ron several times he's answered me every single time that in its self shows me he will take my case serious and listen to me I will pay for his services based on this alone. Don't let your fate be in the hands of someone who cares nothing for it.

I Don't know about Other clients, but I have never needed a Lawyer until the day after I got out of jail with some serious charges; scared to death. I was referred to Ron Wood and called his office right away. He was out of the Country at the time, but he called me right back and asked me the details. He took my case and I never, ever had to go to court. I never had to take time off from work!!! Somehow things worked out perfectly for me; the case got dropped!!! I can't say Ron can work miracles for everyone... But, He can sure make your life easier. Stress Kills. Hire a Lawyer!

Mr. Wood seemed like a perfect choice to help my brother with a legal matter. After handing over a $3500 retainer, my family was dismayed when Mr. Wood did NOTHING for my brother. He did not show up to court, he made no effort to file anything, he contacted NO ONE, and performed not one single task one would expect of a lawyer. The only time he ever responded to us was when we requested some or all of our retainer to be refunded. He promptly informed us that he would refund NONE of it. I promise you, your money and time would be better spent on another lawyer who takes his clients and his job seriously.
