I used Randy to review a contract for a dispute I was having with my builder. He reviewed the document and made a determination that he believed I had a 50/50 chance of winning. As we continued talking I brought up things in the contract that he overlooked. After, I asked to see what it would like for him to represent me in pre-litigation negotiations. There was no follow up and contact even after my follow up email. Disappointed in the service.

Very knowledgeable & straight forward attorney. I consulted with Mr Williams regarding a landlocked property in Dekalb County. He answered all of of my questions & persuaded me to continue negotiating with the County. Shortly after I received a favorable outcome. Mr Williams could have easily suggested that I retain him but instead he gave me the confidence to continue on myself. He assured me that he would be there if I needed him in the future. Randy Williams, ESQ has to be applauded for his honesty and professionalism. I normally do not blog or provide reviews, but this cannot go unnoticed.
