Mark Anderson was in the process of taking this in front of a jury for me, and when it came time to run the case, all charges were dismissed. Not only did he put forth the effort to mount a solid defense (review the facts and evidence, interview witnesses, etc.), but he was very communicable throughout the entire process so that I knew what to expect every step of the way. And he was court appointed, I paid him nothing. Some of the other reviews claimed all he wanted was money, but that’s not the case. He practices the law to the best of his ability, not just in my case, but also every other individual who I’ve heard of him representing. I would recommend him to anyone! -
December 2021 by TravisMark Anderson saved my life in Circuit Court. Three hardcore felonies from baseless accusations decided at a two-day Trial by Jury. The stakes were very high yet he maintained the composure to deliver a flawless argument. He was able to dissect and dispel any and all fabrications and effectively communicate that to the Jury. He treated any witness that was called with respect. Mr. Anderson was operating at a level of professionalism that the opposing counsel simply could not match. Getting to the trial itself took nearly two years and during that time he made himself available as much as he could. The legal process was harsh at times and life was very difficult while that was happening, but after speaking with Mr. Anderson I would always feel reassured that I was in good hands!

He is not just there to take your money like some attorneys do then not help you. Mark doesn't ask for a exuberant amount of money to take a case either. I would recommend Mark Anderson to anyone!

Mr Anderson was available to work out a bond hearing so I did not have to physically go before the Judge. He worked quickly and professionally. I then also at my arrangement was appointed Mr Anderson. Again extremely professional. I would definitely hire Mr. Mark Anderson again. ( Hopefully no need to0..)

After consulting with another attorney just around the corner from Mr Anderson and having a less than stellar experience, I found this gentleman and scheduled a consult. He took the time to listen to the issue at hand and offer professional advice on how to proceed. Best $50 spent on a consult in my life. My issue was a one and done thanks to the help of Mark Anderson. If you’re looking for a child custody attorney that will fight for what’s right and not blow you off, hire this man! Money well spent and peace of mind all in one.
