I had the best Law Firm, When a massive Tractor Trailer accident changed my life in a blink of an eye I was hospitalized and in pain. After evaluating my options with other top personal injury law firms, I decided to go with Tobin Injury Law because they were interested, honest, and promised to take care of me and do whatever they could to help win my case. They always made sure I understood and followed up with me frequently. I truly felt they have gone the extra mile to ensure that all of my medical and emotional needs were met. Initially the truck company didn’t accept responsibility. Darren and other layers at his firm traveled around the country to take depositions and meet with executives. For three years the truck company, their CEO, their safety director and their driver said it wasn’t their fault. Even the police said it wasn’t their fault. But Darren knew the truth and he fought for me. After there was a court hearing Darren won my case in 3 years. One and 1/2 years ago I was hit on I85, had back and neck injuries after the accident (still due). I talked to a good friend that recommended Darren Tobin. From the first time I talked to Darren until the end of the claim. He and Champbell keep me informed, answered all my question and were seeking to get the most out of the lawsuit that was possible. Let me start by saying - I never write reviews - this is my first one ever. Last year, my son was in a car accident, and of course the other driver was at fault. The situation was such that we knew right away we needed to seek an attorney, but really didn't know where to start. There were the usual suspects - (For the People, The Strong Arm, One call that's All, etc..) but I really didn't want to go with one of those national firms - thinking they must be all about volume rather than quality. So I did my research, and found Tobin Injury Law. All I can say is it was the best decision ever. Darren and his team are a first class firm, and they truly offer a personal touch. That being said - without results that wouldn't mean much. But let me tell you -- if you want results - this is your firm - period. We were blown away by the outcome! For expectations - these cases are not necessarily quick - think in terms of months, in my case a little over a year, but that was mainly due to the medical situation that needed to be fully addressed which took a few months. Darren and his team guided us along the way regarding how to document everything while building the case. Just follow their instructions (ie: be an engaged client) and this firm will take care of you. Nothing is a guarantee. I'm sure some cases are stronger than others - but in my opinion if you want to maximize your case, these are the people to sign up with.
