Attorney Thomas Dean helped dismiss a court case for me that Apache County Superior Court was determined to see me a criminal for possession of medical marijuana. I was well within the statute of the AMMA, however the PA for Apache county tried to criminalize me. I had a Public Defender who was not familiar with the AMMA, and Mr Dismissal Dean acted on my behalf as co counsel, and without even placing foot in Apache County, was able to aid my Public Defender in the complete dismissal of my case! Without your knowledge and dedication, I would have had to be seen a criminal for possession of marijuana even while protected by Arizona law! I can’t find the words to express how much this lawyer helped me. I didn’t know what to do when I was pulled over in a gap when my medical card had expired, I called Tom Dean and he came to my rescue. They were always there for me when I had questions and handled my case very professionally and thanks to Tom my two class 6 felonies were dropped down to a misdemeanor with unsupervised probation keep in mind I had a prior felony and have had two previous marijuana strikes.
