Kevin and his law firm were responsive and knowledgeable on how to navigate the complexities of the legal system about a challenging dispute regarding a breach of contract. With his guidance I ended up settling out of court for this dispute and I am more than happy with the result. I sought Kevin's counsel after my son was notified that he was being sued as a pawn in a class action lawsuit involving his employment by a well known national banking firm and it's alleged high pressure sales tactics which resulted in accounts being opened in the name of customers and prospective customers without their knowledge or consent. Defending the suit against my son could have bankrupted our family. Kevin was able to work in concert with the bank against the law firm seeking the class action suit. The process lasted in excess of a year and involved a number of responses, depositions and other legal processes, which without Kevin's calm guidance, would have disrupted our lives and caused us untold hardship. The result of Kevin's efforts on our behalf was that law suit ended when the law firm filing the suit against my son withdrew its case after it had been shown to be frivolous and without merit. And he was able to work with the bank so that we did not suffer any economic loss or damage.
