We had the absolute pleasure of being represented by Kristina Mathews. We found out we would need representation just last week and she happily agreed to take our case. Kristina was out of town for a family wedding and had her very professional assistant take any evidence in Kristina’s absence. The flow of every decision that was made was seamless and stress free. Kristina offered to give us a zoom call when our schedules were too tight to allot drive time. That was great too. Let’s talk about court! First off I’ll spoil the ending - she won our case, by a long shot! She had a associate lawyer come to court too. She was dressed professionally, spoke intelligently and addressed the court with respect . My ultimate favorite was her closing statement! She spoke about how this situation has negatively impacted the plaintiff and pointed out things that I would have never thought of. She guided me and my daughter during our time in the stand. There is no way I could have gotten up there without her. I don’t regret this choice and I would hire her again 100x over! Alcock and Associates have provided me with the best legal representation I have had to date. I have been in and out of courtrooms these last 10 years, with 6 different attorneys representing me for custodial issues with my four children and my experience with Alcock has hands down been the best. They have been extremely responsive and helpful since day one, they returned all of my calls in an expedient manner and even offered a free consultation before taking on my case. Many attorneys are all about the money first, charge you for the consultation and then will spend half of that consultation trying to figure out how much more money you have and how/when you can pay. Alcock and Associates are definitely not cut from the same cloth. They gave me their advice first and then were willing to work with me on some payment options AFTER they made sure they knew the details about my case. They confirmed first that my goals were achievable and that they were doing what was in the best interest of my child before collecting any money. Rare moral integrity. My assigned attorney, Kristina Matthews, work on my case has been impeccable, and it was impressive to see her at work in the courtroom. Her paralegal Siobhan has been awesome in facilitating documents back and forth and Nabil was foundational in building my confidence to make the 3 hour drive up to Phoenix to meet with their team. Definitely recommend them to anyone in AZ, well worth your time and your money.

I highly recommend Alcock and Associates for any immigration case. I petitioned my husband back in early 2017 and he finally got his green card 2 months ago. He would have gotten it back in 2019, but because of COVID, his interview got postponed. Lisa and her assistant Dora were always so nice and would answer all my questions. It was hard to get in touch with them most times, but they would call within 24 hours. Lisa prepared us well for the interview and I feel like she did a great job explaining what we needed to take to Juarez. I realized how blessed my husband and I were to have had Lisa’s guidance, because in Juarez I met many people who were not prepared with many documents and their lawyer had fault by not guiding them and that was a stressful situation for them. I want to thank Lisa and Dora for everything they did for us!

Nick Alcock has change my mind. He took at look at my husbands case and took the time to explain why and how they can work both cases. I can have some peace of mind knowing that someone is actually looking into the whole thing since I understand that is a complicated situation. Thank you Nick for the care that you have shown me and the dedication to you clients. They are all about the money and lie to get you to do business with them. We were seeking their help for an immigration case then we were told that we needed a criminal attorney but they were going work together to see options they charge $3500 for immigration defense and then said that they needed $7000 for criminal defense. At the end to tell me there was no hope for my husbands case. They don’t tell you things upfront to get you into a contract. I would not recommend doing business with them.
