This was an extremely stressful period for me concerning my circumstances, and I am so thankful I visited Joshua’s office. Even more, I was not expecting a dismissal on my case, as there were many instances where they could have prosecuted me. I never felt judged by Joshua who remained impartial and understanding at all times. From this, I really appreciated the humanistic approach he implemented in his work. December 2021 by Elizabeth AmayaJosh represented me in an Injunction of Harassment that a neighbor filed against me. All the claims were false, and I had substantial evidence that I had never talked to this neighbor, less harassed her. I provided all my exhibits to Josh and he was super well prepared and organized in the hearing to quash the injunction, needless to say that he quashed the injunction. Josh is absolutely professional, pays attention to details, my case included strong false allegations against me, it was very serious. Josh made sure I understood the whole process in court . etc. I felt very confident and very well prepared for the hearing. I am very happy that he represented me and they way he handle everything. All of the other lawyers I talked to talked to me like my father would and talked down to me. Josh did not do that. He was professional but also kept it cool with me and assured me he had everything handled and he did exactly that. Josh handled everything with my DUI case making it easy for me to continue focusing on my life and not being consumed by my mistake. Josh is the best and only lawyer I will ever go to.
