It isn't hyperbole to say that because of Tom Church I am here and able to write this review. Despite statistically facing near certain time in prison for my charges, he was able to successfully negotiate a probationary sentence. Not only was the outcome incredibly rare, but it was also achieved far from Tom's home state. My case went long due to COVID related delays, and even in months where nothing was happening, he would get back immediately if I had any questions or concerns. I was also kept up to date with every milestone from arrest up until sentencing. Where Tom really stands out is on a personal level. From the beginning he was invested in my case, and helped support both myself and relatives over any concerns. If I had a good idea all I needed to do was ask and he would consider it. He has been a good friend the duration of the case and beyond. Criminal cases are often the worst times in a person's life, it was for me. If I could give any advice to someone in a similar situation it would be to say your prayers and go to Church.

We were very fortunate to have hired Page Pate for my husband. Both Page Pate & Tom Church worked tirelessly on our case. Page was extremely calming & patient through the entire process. He never sugar-coated anything and was always direct & honest with us along the way. We have never dealt with the Federal law before and had no idea what to expect. Page Pate was crucial in securing the best financial outcome with having been in front of one of the toughest judges. We are very thankful that we did not lose our entire life savings. There were several people on the indictment and my husband came out with a very small monetary judgement compared to everyone else losing the majority of what they had. Thomas Church provided legal representation for a dear friend of mine. After having a bad experience with a different lawyer from Atlanta who did not communicate, did not advocate for his client, and was only interested in money, Mr. Church and his team was a breath of fresh air. We made a call and within 12 hours he had done more for my friend than his previous lawyer had done in the past 3 years. He was open, honest, made sound legal advice, and actually followed up on information that was provided to him as evidence of innocence. Once retained he contacted the prosecutors to share the evidence who had never seen it before (due to the horrible initial attorney), appropriate paperwork was filed and all charges were dismissed as there were no findings of wrongdoing evident. What one poor attorney could not do in 3 years was cleared up in less than two months by Thomas Church and his team. He was honest, always available, and never promised more than he could deliver. I am glad that we found him and he took over this case, otherwise things may have turned out very differently for an innocent man. If you want a good, honest attorney that will work for you, this firm is for you. We will always be grateful.
