Fired before hired! This guy is so wishy washy on what he can do. First said the case was no problem quoted a price and then doubled it 2 weeks later saying it was going to go trial. Not sure how someone can change there mind without even seeing case paperwork.

Mr. Burnnett gets the job done! I was reffered to him by an accuaintance of mine. After talking to about 3 or 4 different attorneys; he was the only one that could help me. All the others said it was somthing nearly impossible and charged me outrages fees to even attempt to do somthing with my case. Mr. Burnnett got the job done. Great sense of humor as well.

If you want to pay money for a public defender.Go right ahead. If you hire "Russell Burnett," don't expect any work to be done on your behalf. I hired him and had him as my attorney for 7 months and it took him 4 days before court to finally see my video. He did not speak to the prosecutor until the morning of court. After I called him about it several times a week to check for updates. He once got fed up with me calling him about my case because he was not giving me any information and hung up on me. This guy will not do his job nor take you seriously. So please don't make the same mistake I did and hire a "public defender" to do nothing for you.
