Never had to wait longer than a day for any returning calls. They are very knowledgeable and actually care. Level of communication is very high and you can expect multiple checkins to see how your doing.

However what sets this particular law firm apart from the rest is the personal care that you receive from everyone. They were way more concerned about my health and welfare than a impending lawsuit. They kept me involved and informed at every single stage of the process. At the conclusion I felt a loss of family members rather than a legal team.
