I have never been treated so badly. I contacted my insurance company and was told there was a billing error but it had been paid. When I called the lawyer 's office the woman I spoke with was so disrespectful. She talked over me and I could not understand what she was saying. As a three time cancer survivor I have never been treated so badly. I only hope she does not face illness in the future and have to deal with someone like her. My heart goes out to anyone that has to deal with her. .

Cynthia Raymond went above and beyond for me! She literally made my day! Who would've thought that me calling a debt collector could end in such positivity? She is a wonderful asset to the company and should be rewarded for her great customer service.

These low life people called my elderly grandfather today harassing him for a couple dollars. Even worse, they tried parading my deceased grandmother’s estate as a ploy to get him on the phone. They’re pathetic, greedy, and evil! Don’t pay a dime. A) It won’t help your credit score B) They literally buy these accounts for a couple dollars (literally).

Cynthia Raymond has been calling me every day or every other day warning me that I need to pay my balance in full or they will send me to collections or take further action. I called the office to confirm and I have made payments on my bill but she continues to call. Today I asked her to take me off her call list because I am currently making payments and she called me a liar and said they don’t take payments. She continued to talk over me and said she would be contacting the office I’m making payments to to prove I’m lying. She kept borderline yelling at me until I hung up. Very rude and unprofessional.

Their practices are disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. My grandmother just finished cancer treatments and has found herself having to pay multiple doctors all at once. She has been making monthly payments to the one doctor who transfered her bill here. They threatened her and scared her into maxing out one of her credit cards after she told them she couldn't afford it. She cannot even afford to make the minimums on these cards. She told this law firm she could do monthly payments and they would not accept that. They even demanded she open a new credit card to pay. It should be illegal for medical bills to be transfered to places such as this when you are making payments. It is just so vile that you would do such a thing to an elderly cancer survivor, over a 1500 dollar bill? Yeah, let her make payments she can manage you sickos.
