They didn't respond to my emails for months while I was in the middle of a case and when I reached out to the office angry that they didn't respond they deliberately ignored me for several more months. Stacy Duran admitted that she deliberately ignored me because she didn't appreciate how I spoke to her on the phone that one time, even though the only reason I was upset was because she hadn't been communicating with me for months prior. I've emailed Ashelee Weeks and Stacy Duran directly and it is so hard to get a response out of either of them. You won't get your questions answered and they don't care about how their negligence makes you feel.
