December 2021 by kevin snelgroveI was facing the worst scenario, having been falsely accused with child abuse and up to 60 years in prison. When your ex is the primary accuser, things can get very muddy and convoluted. The system treated me as guilty until proven innocent. It was a nightmare. I was so fortunate to have been represented by Mr Rubin and his law firm. Their dedication to me and my family, their professionalism and dogged investigative work is what ultimately led to my case dismissal. I will forever be eternally grateful.

But with this firms experience and knowledge of these issues he got our sons charges dropped and his record expunged so this won’t have to follow him for the rest of his life. December 2021 by David RiceBob Rubin abandoned me after the Atlanta School Board indictments came down in 2013. I spent 15 months in Federal Prison. After getting out and spending another 6 moths at a so called "halfway" house I was put on probation for 3 years. I was required to undergo a psych evaluation at the Highland Institute for Sexual Deviancy and the demeaning, degrading and embarrassing tests were unbelievable. I was also required to take multiple lie detector tests. I PASSED every test without deception. I filed a motion with the court and was released from probation a year early. My life was ruined, my family gone yet Bob continues his super Lawyer status.
