December 2021 by Gabriela FernandezThis law firm was helping my parents ! And originally told them it wouldn’t be more than $5000! A few months later altagracia said she had to pay her assistant and they had to pay her too! One year later and $20,000 down the drain still nothing has been done! Judge has the final saying and it’s been 3 months and tenant it’s still living rent free and owes $20,000 in rent !! The same amount that was spent on this lawyer!!! It’s impossible to get in touch if you do you get charged! If they answer they charge you too!

So, as a business owner myself, I know when I'm getting the best service a ham can offer based on conversation and what they offer. No every potential client /customer deserves the best so I believe I always earned it as a potential client/customer when my approach is respectful and courteous. Altagracia definitely reciprocated more than what I offered. As a part of the particularities of my specific and potential case, she and her team spent more time than the paid consultation offers determining what my best options were. She didn't try to upsell me or coerce me into an investment into her firm. As a matter of fact because of that I will hold her firm on retainer. She's well spoken and clearly compassionate. December 2021 by Mark SchmitI had a great experience with Altagracia and Outerbridge in general over the course of my multi-year case with my landlord. At all points she was professional, patient and proactive. Altagracia was always interested in understanding exactly what I wanted out of the case or any settlements and making sure I knew the various pros/cons of any option I might pursue. She routinely made time to answer any questions I had about proceedings, terminology or how the system worked (both technically and practically). The stipulations/agreements that Altagracia and her team drafted were airtight and held up against all of the landlord attorneys' later attempts to poke holes in them. This ensured that I was able to focus on my landlord's failures exactly as intended. In the end I was able to settle my case in a satisfactory manner. I would happily recommend Outerbridge Law to anyone who needs a good landlord/tenant attorney.
