December 2021 by Randy ReisYuri presided over the closing at a deal in which I represented the seller as an agent and his firm was the legal representative for the buyer. so, we were on opposite ends of the table. That said, the closing at his offices was as smooth as could be and there was nothing but smiles at the table throughout the closing, not just at the end. Kudos Yuri, great job, Thank you!

My clients are protected and and happy trough the process. I bin using them for few years and not single bad experience. If you are broker or agent, seller or buyer, I can insure you once you do business with them you will never look for someone else. They even manage to save some of my deals which I thought I'm going to lose.

December 2021 by KT PintoMy parents had to sell their home of 35 years in Staten Island while living in their new home in Tennessee, and had a lot of problems with the seller, which made the experience rather frustrating. Luckily, Igor Lipkin and Gary Fisher were there to help answer their questions and try to keep things as sane as possible. I don't think my parents could have gotten through it as (relatively) easily as they did without them, and I very much appreciate the patience and professionalism that everyone at the firm had through this frustrating process. Definitely would recommend them to others.
