I lived in a different state and needed to sell a condo in NJ, and for various reasons, the transaction became very complicated and troublesome. The lawyers were very helpful throughout the process and eventually overcame all the obstacles and saved the deal. They definitely had the experience in the real estate area and I strongly recommend them (and I don't really understand all those low stars ).
