December 2021 by HelderMy wife and I found that the representation we got from Grant Herrmann Schwartz & Klinger LLP was unreliable, and the firm hard to work with. The attorney working with us was great but departed the firm abruptly. And the firm did not bother to inform us of that in a timely manner, which we consider reckless for a law firm. It's impossible for us to trust a firm after such a thing. We found out about that at a critical moment of the representation, so we had to retain a new firm in a hurry. The firm then refused to return the balance of the retainer deposit, presenting us with a bill, that we consider bogus, several months after the billing date and only after we requested our refund.
