December 2021 by Joshua SimonBorrower beware. If your lender is using them as counsel, they will charge you exorbitantly, not provide any type of back up to account for their billing and fail to be accountable. I would highly recommend you ask for other counsel!

December 2021 by Max CohnFirm will represent anyone who will pay their outrageous fees. Even their own representatives have stated that they look at jury decisions – to paraphrase a famous quote – not ‘as the beginning of the end, but merely the end of the beginning.’ Clearly they don’t care for the decisions of juries and have their own interpretation of justice. The legal process currently in place is obviously beneath them. Additionally they have stated “A different court warrants different representation, particularly as so much new evidence is now coming to light.” Their new evidence doesn’t exist. Clearly the rules of evidence and hearsay doesn’t apply to this firm. They will make up theory there is a mountain of evidence but not support that in any substantial way. They are also in favor of submitting completely doctored or manipulated evidence. Use your common sense and avoid this firm, they will not be able to provide you honest and zealous legal representation.
