I contacted Hinch Newman and Richard to assist my family's company with a licensing issue we were have with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. We were concerned that we would lose our towing license. Richard was able to avoid a lengthy, costly court hearing and straighten out the licensing issue by contacting the right people. He was thorough, persistent and asked the right questions. Richard also secured for us a temporary license until the issue was resolved. He showed a deep concern with the effect that an unfavorable outcome would have on operations and made our matter a priority. I would strongly recommend Richard to anyone that is looking for a knowledgeable New York Department of Consumer and Worker Protection/Department of Consumer Affairs attorney that cares.
