Mark is LITERALLY one of the best. He is the guy for your case. no if ands or buts. plus he's pretty awesome. logical. open minded, very intelligent and understanding and besides being an awesome lawyer for Brooklyn court all, while being fair priced...he truly is an all around a stand up guy.... and No, i wasn't paid to write this review, I am just that happy and grateful to have made the choice to call him for my lawyer. he had my case dismissed today.. He is not only DWIs but an actual good criminal defence attorney. i am beyond grateful for his patience because...I am definitely not the easiest client to have, to say the least...yet he held no bias. and did his job with flying colours. i could have done a few years. because I could not and did not have the ability to speak up for my self on the most disgusting example of authority abuse of power and violation of multiple constitutional rights..but mark stood up for me .., even though my case was very far from orthodox, and pushed the limit to what the new standard is for accepting and understanding our societies level of evolving and the new standard that our legal system has only JUST began to catch up with......mark fought for me . and Always gave good advice.. .I was being framed with trumped up charges while having a dispute with one of the female officer that arrested me, my case could have been so much worse on the outcome with out an experienced lawyer like Mr Cossuto. . ..if you have a dwi or need a defence lawyer, stop looking because he is the guy for your case .%%% hundred percent%%%. Mark is the Best! My case was very severe involving an accident and a blood draw twice over the limit, from the start Mark assured me he was going to do his best to bring the charges down to a traffic infraction. Sure enough, Mark outperformed, ,my case was DISMISSED and SEALED! After a year long of court dates and a pandemic, Mark stayed in contact every step of the way. Always making sure I was present for my court appearances whether in person or via video conference. Keeping me up to date throughout the entire process. Thank you Mark!!

Mark Cossuto has been the best attorney ever. He helped me get off of a 2nd DWI and got it downgraded to an impaired Driving ticket which is just considered a violation. I didn't think anyone would be able to get a 2nd DWI downgraded to an impaired driver violation, however Mark did it with ease. He's always available when I try to contact him and also punctual to all court hearings & meetings. Best yet Mark and I have developed a relationship and become good friends. He's simply the best end of discussion!

I contacted Attorney Mark Cossuto, after my fiancée , Benny, had a DWI, in Federal District Court. I had spoke to 3 other attorneys prior to speaking with him, and I did not feel confident with any of them, until I spoke to Attorney Cossuto….He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, professiona; and highly skilled....Benny was very scared about the case. Attorney Cossuto was very honest and sharp, and made us feel comfortable....We did not stress, as we put 100 percent trust and faith in him....And, he got his case completely dismissed with a small fine.Benny did not even have to show up for court....He was always available anytime to answer our phone calls and emails and questions….I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney.
