Kay Elliot was a beacon of hope to my criminal case at a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. While working with Elliot, I felt as though my case was in adept and trustworthy hands. I found Elliot to be experienced, very responsive, knowledgeable, dedicated to his craft and most importantly honest. During trial I was beyond impressed by Elliot performance, he was so damn good I noticed the Judge was secretly impressed as well. Elliot managed to persuade the jury and outsmarted the DA. With in minutes the jury made a verdict, NOT GUILTY! I instantly busted out in tears and Elliot said to me very gently “it’s okay”. Sharing that moment with him was priceless. To be honest, if I was found guilty of course I would have been disappointed but still very satisfied with Elliot service.
