This was a first offense and a bogus charge. When I called him he returned my call almost immediately. I explained the situation and he took the case. I kept bugging him because I was nervous, it was my spouse’s first time being arrested and Mr. Wallenstein answered my call every time. He called the precinct to check to make sure everything was fine, to let them know he had representation and to find out what time he would be at central booking. He even told me what time to meet him there. We told him we wanted to fight it and he was immediately on board. The DA tried to make a ridiculous offer, Aaron said no & he didn’t try to persuade us take the easy way out. In the end he got the charges completely dismissed. The DA tried to drag it out longer when a different judge was appointed and Aaron quickly nixed that too. Having him represent us made us feel at ease and we are happy to say that all of his reviews were true. With Aaron Wallenstein representing you you can feel assured that he is going to do the best thing for your particular situation and that includes getting your case completely dismissed.
