Jacqueline Rodriguez is a fantastic family law attorney. She handled my divorce and post-divorce case for 5 years and she zealously fought for me and the best interest of my children. She's very smart and will come up with a good strategy to help you to win your case. She's also a good person and easy to talk to, she will be your attorney and friend during such a difficult process. I unfortunately, made the HUGE mistake to switch attorneys because Jackie was very busy with too many cases and I had an urgent matter. I regret making the decision to switch firms as it has cost me a great deal of stress and higher legal fees. I thought I was trading up and instead, I hired a larger legal firm in Hoboken which I no longer trust as they didn't have mine or my children's best interest. A lot of those firms are "salespeople" selling you their services. Once they get your retainer, they don't go to battle for you. I was paying that firm higher legal fees and they destroyed my case. Everything Jackie had fought hard for, this new firm screwed up for me. For the first time, I felt alone in court and it was an awful feeling when you're fighting with a Narcissist. I always felt confident when Jackie was my attorney, I saw her fight in court for me on numerous occasions. I know she will fight you! I assure you, Jackie is a top notch family law attorney and her fees are affordable compared to other well known firms in Hudson County that advertise that they are top notch, but they don't have your best interest at heart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! This is the most unprofessional lawyer's office my family has dealt with. My mother was given three appointments and she wasted her time going to the office EVERYTIME; the receptionist claiming the lawyer is not available or in court. NOT even a courtesy call to my mother let her know to not come in because she wont be helped. WHY WE WASTED OUR TIME I DO NOT KNOW. SOMETIMES YOU WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !

I highly recommend this office. I had nothing but a positive experience. My attorney handled my family case in a very professional manner.
