While I would love to have shared the same experience that everyone else seems to have had with Andrew Adams, that is not the case. I had a very pleasant consultation over the phone, where Mr. Adams was very realistic and kind, which I appreciated. Mr. Adams agreed to work with me in pursuing SSI benefits and I was informed that I would be receiving a packet in the mail to fill out and to collect my records. This is where everything fell apart. I never received said packet, nor have I ever received any more contact from Mr. Adams. I attempted to reach out myself, and I only got a message from another person saying he would "get back to me soon" and to reply with any questions I may have. This was on October 6th, 2022. I have not received a single response back from Andrew, nor from the customer support email. It feels like I have been snubbed out or brushed aside, and that's not the kind of person or business I want to be representing me. It is unprofessional. It's a shame too, because I was actually looking forward to working with this firm, as Andrew seemed very pleasant.

This firm, Andy Adams in particular, have been truly amazing. They handled both my bankruptcy and subsequent disability appeal with outstanding results. They are professional, honest, fair, and dedicated.

I am very proud and grateful to Lisa and Courtney. They help me and my husband through the Chapter 13 process. Cause if I have a problem or a concern . I could call the office and they were very helpful also. I would definitely refer any one to Morgan and Morgan. They are there to help you through anything small or large problems.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Whatever you do, save yourself and DO NOT use them for your bankruptcy case. They are the absolute worst people to deal with. They do absolutely nothing to help you, at anytime of the process. Once you choose your lawyer, it is very difficult to switch, so I have been stuck with having them for years. The staff is rude, and not helpful. You have no way to contact the lawyer. They take messages or fwd emails to them, and you never hear back. I’ve had more help from a lawyer that isn’t even working for me, and from the trustee office then I’ve had with them. I’ve been trying to close my case, so I don’t have to deal with them, and I can’t get them to return my calls or emails. Seriously, save yourself and do not choose them.
