The best law firm! I highly recommend Michael, one of the coolest, most caring, and understands your worth as a client. The company itself made me feel wanted and important. My lawyer, Michael, kept me updated, aware, and prepared. I never had to wonder or reach out. He always called me, which was great for me to feel important. I even met Todd, and he was the coolest. I truly recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone! Thank you for caring and being a great law firm!!

If I could give 0, I would. They told me they would take my case and then didn’t want my case after I filled out the survey on them. I never got any updates or phone calls letting me know about my case so I gave them a poor review, which is what they deserve, and a few days later they called and said they could no longer take my case. This place is awful. Don’t waste your time or money. They never call and update you after your initial call.

I haven't settled my case yet but so far I am pleased with Candace. I selected my ratings mainly because to me she's been very THROUGH. I can expect to hear from her whenever I reach out to her for updates on my case in a timely fashion. She's ALWAYS very gracious with her time with me. Whenever we speak over the phone she makes sure that I have a full understanding about what's happening regarding my case, and how or what she's been doing or has done on my behalf. In my opinion she's truly an asset to to your company and a perfect representation of your firms motto..."For The People". Whenever we speak I feel like she's really on my side and that she's really working hard looking out for me and my interest. I love working with her and I love that she's working for me!!! If I were to ever need a lawyer again I would be a repeat client of Morgan & Morgan PRIMARILY because of HER. My first initial contact with Ms. Latoya was fairly okay. She made it clear that if I had any questions don't hesitate to call. However, the last couple of times we talked, she did not show any concern or consideration as to how frustrated I was feeling. Ms. Latoya made me feel like my case nor I was a priority and that she was bombarded with work, and rushed to end the call. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

So far my experience since day one with my Case Staff, Jamie Chai has been a blessing in my time of need. Jamie is caring, supportive, knowledgeable, sincere and attentive. She's always responded back to my emails in a timely fashion. I've truly appreciated all of her assistance during this time. Can't imagine this experience without her. She's a light of hope in my stressful tunnel at this time. I do not feel like a "nobody" with Jamie by my side assisting me along the way. She makes me feel seen and important.
