My father and I hired The Miller Firm in 2015 to pursue an Actos bladder cancer claim for my father. I witnessed healthcare fraud taking place while my father was being treated for bladder cancer at two Tenet Healthcare local area hospitals - Doctors Hospital of Manteca in Manteca, California and Doctors Medical Center Modesto in Modesto, California. Before I even knew that on the basis of what I had witnessed that I had a whistleblower lawsuit, The Miller Firm tricked me into signing away the right to a whistleblower lawsuit potentially worth tens of millions of dollars in exchange for a worthless Actos settlement. It is now abundantly clear that the only reason that The Miller Firm took my father’s Actos case was as an excuse to stop me from ever seeking a whistleblower case against the two hospitals involved and their parent company.

I Work as golf course superintendent.for over 20 years this law frim is only looking out for themselves they do not care about you my medical bills are not paid .I have loss over Millon dollars in salary.they hire other lawyers to make phoneall change you for this is Racking.. I'm going to be home less soon they used me to make millions of dollars

The Miller Law Firm is handling a case for my son regarding a roundup lawsuit. We have yet to receive any money or help in getting this matter solved. I don’t know why it is so difficult to close out this case and award my son his money. Jeff is our lawyer and nothing has been resolved. No one ever calls us back and the emails probably go straight to trash. The money is there but no one is helping us. We hired them but yet they don’t even try to help us.

Everyone, from the people at the desk answering the phones to the lawyers/attorneys were extremely helpful. They answered every question I had and were very responsive. Having never been through something like this, they walked me through every step and explained everything in a way I understood clearly. Ugh, they were perfectly happy letting me spend money there. But they wouldn't let me use the bathroom. Oh, and they asked me to donate to a charity that helps orphan who lose their parents. Soft hearted i did only to discover on the receipt the orphans were pets and not kids.. even though they used the term "children". Yep. I did that. So buyers beware.
