December 2021 by Corena ThorntonI have been calling this attorney to correct a legal description on a property that they closed on and they have yet to contact me and or the attorney that is trying to close on this property now. Very irresponsible. If I can give a 0 I would. Will keep you updated if they ever call back! Right now they are being triffling by not answering voice message and emails.

December 2021 by Cindy BeasleyI would not recommend this firm for any transaction. They are difficult to contact. The attorney does return calls or respond to emails. The voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message. The documents were not delivered in a timely manner. A mistake was made on the transaction. The attorney has not made any effort to contact me or my client to correct the mistake after multiple attempts to speak with him.

December 2021 by Quan HarrisI had a closing scheduled with them and they were very hard to get on the phone. They were responsible for holding the earnest money for my listing. I requested several times for proof of funds and Leonard told me he had the funds but never sent proof. I had to terminate contract with his good client investor Alverz investments because attorney didn't provide proof of earnest money even one week before closing. Debra Hull real estate agent from Palmer House is a lier and crook as well. She sent me fake documents to say her client paid the earnest money but it turned out just to be a request of wire transfer. I would not EVER do business with Medley & Associates or Debra Hull again!

December 2021 by Kesha Bunting Sells Real EstateFastest closing ever. Today my buyer closed with Leonard and Dominique, and their process was super speedy and thorough. Not only did we close in 10 business days, but the closing was under 30 mins once all parties were available. Leonard was available during the weekends when we felt like we met a crisis, and he cracked tons of jokes during the process, and lightened a somewhat challenging situation. I will definitely use Medley and Associates for other closings.
