Did we win? We DEFINITELY did! McLeans firm came through like Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant mixed together to close out the game with the biggest W in history! My case lasted 13 years. My first lawyer gave up on us mid-way, but McLean stepped up to the plate batting 1000! The staff has sooooo much patience! So pls listen and follow their instructions all the time. Ms. McLean and her staff are very solid at working hard for you. They will not mislead you. They accommodate and meet you half way to understand your case to the max. I’m sure this is just a comment to some, but it can become a life changing decision to obtaining what you and your family want and need. I recommend Ms. McLeans firm to everyone! Be very careful, my client/friend used Anya and she messed up everything. Anya actually asked to appear telephonically to an immigration hearing of a very young girl! When that motion was denied, Anya didn’t show up at all, nor answered the judge’s call. Then, after being a no-show to a few hearings, Anya sent someone else that had no knowledge of the case, and my friend had no idea who this person was that showed up to represent her. He didn’t even have the information correct, he even had the wrong name on the paperwork submitted to the courts. This attorney’s lack of work for her client affected so many people in this case, beware before hiring her for immigration help. We’re bringing huge awareness to this in the coming months, this attorney takes your money and doesn’t do her due diligence that’s required in her profession.

They are very unorganized! We gave them the details that were given to them prior to meeting and the girl was like oh well I don’t remember that. Like we don’t need you to remember you should have had that in file. When we were talking about the case she said too many I don’t know’s and she’s very unprofessional. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! Save your money and time!

Please save your money and do not come to Anya McLean for your immigration law needs. This is the same law firm as the one located in Los Angeles under the same name. Through the process she was vague regarding information, demanded more and more money before providing any proof of process or progress with the case. In the end, her law firm never completed their contracted obligations and we weren't made aware until it was too late to pursue alternatives. They kept the money and requested that the defendant do not appeal because in the appeal process they would see that McLean law firm was negligent in this case.
