First I want to say that I had to call 3 different times left messages each time. I finally got a call back after the 3rd message. I was cut off while I was trying to explain why I was needing help. I was told that he couldn’t help me unless there were dire consequences. Basically meaning that he would only take the case if someone died due to neglect. I am trying to prevent that from happening, hence the reason for me contacting the firm. I asked if he could recommend anyone else since he refused to help me. He said NO then hung up on me. The lawyer I spoke to (David Don) was extremely rude!! I DO NOT recommend his representative services for anyone!!

David Don is a great lawyer to have very knowledgeable, always willing to take the time to update you on your case. Always professional. If david takes your case he is willing to go as far as he needs, to make sure you get taken care of. I really appreciate all the help from David.

My family (father is a hundred percent disabled combat veteran and mother has serious heart problems) and I have been endlessly victimized by the state of Arizona and were trying to sue the individual responsible for taking our lives away. First, he indicated he was only taking certain cases if interested. Then at the end he said he had "other things going on" and was not interested in helping me or my family. Attorney Don was did not ask any relevant questions about the actual facts of the case and was not the least bit interested in learning the truth. Instead he relied on false information in the media which is why we are suing in the first place. Most heartbreaking from speaking with him is that he honestly could have cared less for what happened to me and my family or seek to rectify the grave injustice that occurred in my case. Therefore, I would not recommend him to other individuals. I now get to tell my family how another lawyer care nothing about us and we can continue being victimized by the state.

It's unfortunate that I was involved in two car collisions in just under three years. I was referred to David by several attorney friend's of mine who told me David is where the attorneys go when they need legal advice involving cases similar to mine. I was a little apprehensive at first because on the surface it looks like my cases were too small for someone like David. After I spoke to David, he assured me he will do his best for me just like he does with all of his other clients. David was able to settle both claims and I'm extremely satisfied with his service and professionalism. David's firm isn't like the ones you see on t.v. or on a billboard. He doesn't need to advertise because when you are that good, there is no need to sell yourself (out). If attorneys recommends a specific attorney by name and you've never heard of them, that's the attorney you should call. That is why I called David and he delivered exactly what he promised.

David Don took on my case and settled with the other insurance company for a wonderful amount of money! He is caring and shows genuine concern for me and my situation. I highly recommend him as a personal injury and civil rights lawyer. Not only did I win my case, I even got a heart-felt hug from him 🙂 He is an intelligent, polite and GOOD lawyer to get things done for you.
