I have utilized michael for an assault case which I was guilty of. I have PTSD and had a road rage incident that occurred with my mother in the vehicle with me, when the other driver acted like he was going to drive his car into the side of truck where my mother was sitting, caused me to go into flight or fight and I got out of the truck and had a physical fight! 3 days later I got a summons from a detective to show up for this altercation, I immediately called the law firm where The attorney had quoted me a reasonable fee, which I paid, and he assured me, that he would have a positive outcome, within a week he managed to make the entire thing go away! No charges were filed, I never even had to show up for the detective or court! MONEY WELL SPENT! He did everything he assured me of and then some! He went above and beyond by still preserving my freedom and my rights! So I assure everyone reading this that, this is the law firm that you would want fighting for you in your corner, he is very smart and direct, and I highly recommend using him, if it wasn’t for him not only would I have a felony record, but I would have permanently lost my gun rights, thanks to this amazing attorney none of that happened and my life is much better and easier because of him! Be smart and hired this attorney if you need a heavy hitter to go to bat for you!

The newest review is over a year ago thats real suspect. All the reviews I read thus far appear to be computer generated or created by people the lawyer knows. If you look closely at that reviews there isn't one that notes the outcome of the case which tells me that the reviews got posted to draw people in so they can obtain counsel. Good marketing skills don't make a good attorney.

Michael Ziton did an amazing job on my husbands case. He received a deal that was very reasonable and with out Michael Ziton's help I'm sure it would have turned out much worse. I was very pleased with the outcome as well as his compassion, help, and understanding. He offered to help me out with any questions or concerns I had after my husbands court date as he knew I had no idea what to do from there or what to expect. By far the best decision I made when I hired Mr. Ziton! After over a year with a public defender and frustration it was just days that Mr.Ziton had my case wrapped up and with a better outcome than I had hoped. In the AZ court system get someone who knows how to get you through and stand up for your Rights! Even those you didn't realize you had. The only attorney I trust and he has earned that in spades! I had all but lost my faith of finding any Justice till I met him. THe whole firm is wonderful!
