!!WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE!! I retained Mr. Rezagholi's services for my 4-year-old daughter, after she broke her leg at a trampoline play center. After nearly it took nearly TWO YEARS to obtain medical records (?) and TWO demands letters to the insurance company, I was told that filing a claim would essentially not be worth his time, that he NOW he handles criminal law and for much higher settlement amounts. I could completely understand that, EXCEPT, I had requested THREE TIMES something to sign to withdrawal him from my case, however, he assured me every time that he was working hard on it and not to worry. I should have listened to my gut instinct and learned more about this process. Mr. Rezagholi is a very nice, and persuasive man, who may initially have had the best intentions, but in my opinion, he really abandoned our claim and his responsibility to my 4-year-old daughter.

Kris and his associate lawyers were very helpful through my first DUI conviction. His office was extremely responsive if I had any questions and also worked with me after my arraignment as we shored up loose ends. I highly recommend using Attorney Angela Poliquin within the Law Offices of Kristopher Rezagholi. I received a DUI and I was too cooperative with the arresting officer. There was no way I would get out of breaking the law. Angela was empathetic and very easy to talk to during our first meeting and subsequent communications. She is thorough, always took my many phone calls, and responded to my emails promptly. I'm more than pleased with the assistance she provided through the entire process. I feel she was genuinely looking out for my best interests. Angela Poliquin is the Bomb!! I accepted a fair plea deal, which was explained to me in detail, so I knew what I was getting into. She helped relieve the stress from the ordeal and her assertive demeaner was able to get in me front of the line at court. That may not seem like a big deal, but there were 10 others waiting for the same judge. Saved me a lot of time and I can’t thank her enough for that. Worth every penny!! I recommend using Attorney Rezagholi. My brother engaged him after getting a DUI and has been very happy with the results. I helped my brother financially through this tough time and the fees are reasonable, fair, and the installment payments are easy to set up if you need them. Kristopher Rezagholi is a very professional DUI attorney. My fiance was charged with an extreme DUI. He is already in the immigration process and we knew that if he had to serve jail time for this charge ICE would re arrest him and his immigration bond would be $12000. My fiance had previously hired a DUI attorney who worked on this case for 5 months and was unable to get any plea deal. He was not only rude but he told us that my fiance would have to serve 30 days in jail and to get over it. Prior to his last court hearing, we contacted Kristopher Rezagholi who immediately met with us and reviewed my fiance's case. After meeting with him we hired him as our new attorney.
