Law Office of Hernandez and Hamilton, PC is an excellent law firm. Josh Hamilton represented me in a unique case. Josh' commitment and dedication to my case was extraordinary. Josh is patient, extremely knowledgable and an intelligent lawyer with a fighting spirit. Josh has the ability to motivate his clients when faced with hardships by providing support and understanding. Josh is honest, undisguised, up front and open to ideas. At the end of this unique case, Josh was still by my side providing guidance, which ultimately, saved my career. Josh Hamilton saved my life as I know it. With odds stacked against me Josh was able to charges reduced to nearly nothing. My entire career was at the mercy of the outcome of my trial and I was facing up to 15 years in prison for a bogus aggravated assault charge. The team over there is amazing. They made me feel comfortable the entire time and were very organized and proactive. It seemed like they were working on my case 24/7. My experience with Attorney Hamilton and his law office were exemplary. Josh is a consummate professional who can demonstrate empathy for his client. I was arrested on a significant drug charge. He quickly managed to have me released on a personal bond. In the ensuing days he set up meetings for me and my family. The initial meetings purpose was to get to know us and to introduce himself and his highly professional and caring staff. Over the next few months Josh and I had multiple meetings to determine what my defense would be. During these meetings I realized Josh's complete understanding of the law and his extraordinary ability to maneuver through the legal system. Josh took an initial plea agreement offered by the government of 108 months and through his legal ability managed my sentence down to 24 months. This was a huge personal victory. I am a 70 year old man. This meant the difference between dying in prison and being able to resume my life after I serve my sentence. Josh's legal ability, although outstanding, is not his greatest attribute. His empathy and caring for me as his client is far and away his most important trait. I can't tell you how many times Josh would call to see how me or my family were doing. On one occasion, Josh met with my entire family for two hours while he was on vacation. He accommodated to our schedule. No one does that. Josh will continue to represent me as I begin to serve my prison sentence. You have no idea how much piece of mind that gives me knowing that he will do everything humanly possible to assist me . If you need a defense attorney, you should stop when you hear the name Josh Hamilton. You will not find a better attorney or friend. Ed
