Prior to hiring Sean, I had retained multiple attorneys and spent hours researching boutique firms specializing in family law. Finding the right lawyer proved to be more difficult than I expected. I am the custodial parent with shared legal rights. Co-parenting became stressful once my ex was married and I was constantly dealing with harassment from her spouse. In addition, I discovered an incident had taken place in my ex’s home which involved crimes of a serious nature. I was extremely concerned for my child’s safety and needed to file an emergency motion. During the initial custody hearings my ex’s attorney was very aggressive. He has a reputation for being cantankerous, rude and outspoken. Only 1 of the 4 attorneys I previously hired was able to successfully litigate against him. I grew more concerned because I was running out of time. Fortunately, I found Sean Campbell. Partner with David Hutto’s firm. I was thoroughly impressed with the reviews, so I scheduled a consultation. I met with Shannon a principal partner of Hutto. I explained to her the severity of my case and was curious to know if the firm had any experience litigating against the opposing attorney. She knew exactly who he was and recommended Sean with no hesitation. I had to pay a premium, but it was well worth it. The opposing counsel’s theatrics did not phase Sean. He knew exactly how to handle this character. Sean tactfully exposed the truth behind all the ridiculous accusations and excuses they had prepared as a defense. He kept his cool and was able to clearly articulate all my concerns to the judge. Long story short, now I have sole decision-making rights of my child. Sean is no joke. I was impressed with his level of integrity. Much obliged Sir. I can’t thank you enough. I also must give credit to his Paralegal Natasha. I got a response to every call and email I sent on time. Sean is highly competent in family law. Having dealt with attorneys from the highest rated firms I consider Sean among the upper echelon.

Currently working with Lacey on a custody case. Very good communication and takes the time to go through the options and how to proceed. Being out of state is tough, I do better in face to face visits. Everything was relayed with haste and purpose. Just went through the first portion of our case and couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. Everything was laid out and very well organized. Made sure the questioning and such was as smooth as possible. Will not be talked over in the courtroom but responds with respect and tact.

I have had, and continue to have, an outstanding experience working with this firm.
