Panic moment when you are wrongfully arrested for a DUI. Searching for the right lawyer can be daunting. Luckily we found Aaron. Aaron was very thorough with every step. He’s very knowledgeable and always straight to the point. I was always kept in the loop of things and available to answer any questions I had. Comparing him to all these big law firms, he is the most affordable and he started working on my case the moment I reached out. Aaron offered to go that extra step to get the wrongful arrest off my records. He is the best in AZ and can’t recommend him enough to friends and family. We are lucky to have Aaron as our lawyer. Anyone who says getting an attorney when dealing with a DUI in Arizona “doesn’t make a difference” has no idea what they are talking about. Due to my own stupidity and failure to learn a lesson the first time I got my second DUI in AZ. I called a few other lawyers, was told that I was screwed and would do 24 days in jail and not only that but was told work release is currently suspended due to COVID, so I’d do 24 days straight. So my panic really set in, I asked a few friends used every resource I had and that’s when someone gave me Aaron’s name. So I googled, read all of the reviews, found that he helped people in similar situations as I was in, and they ALL had good outcomes. It gave me hope. I decided I had nothing to lose. best decision I made. I initially could not afford his retainer fee, but he 100% worked with me making payments no problem. He's not a $2500 lawyer folks but you get what you pay for and if you are sweating bullets over your outcome…Aaron is. worth. every. last. penny. I was looking at 24 days in jail at minimum (if I was lucky) amongst all the other fines and penalties. Aaron went to work for me. He got body camera footage, police reports, interviewed people involved with my arrest, kept me updated regularly ,you name it. I ended up doing 2 days (which ended up being 8 hours) in jail and 7 days of house arrest. He also had the courtesy to follow up with me about court dates after my case was finished like I said, worth every penny. If you’re currently in debate- trust these reviews you’re in the right place.

I found Aaron Black through looking online and reading reviews. I was so impressed that other attorneys stated they would choose him if they ever needed a lawyer. He is rated top amongst his peers. That's when I called his office and "he" answered the phone, not a secretary or paralegal but Aaron himself. Since day one, he has always been very easy to reach. He does an amazing job answering questions and his follow through put my mind at ease. But what I found to be the most helpful was his ability to navigate the system to take the stress out of an awful situation. His knowledge of the law is impeccable. He handled my case better that I expected, kept it to a minimum and guided me through every step, saving me time and money. Even when my case was over. He helped finalize the remaining details to get my case set aside. He truly is the best, and his fee was definitely worth it. I would choose him again as my attorney.

After a serious err in judgment, I was involved in an accident and got an extreme DUI. I didn’t think I needed to hire an attorney, but oh was I so wrong. Navigating this complex process is daunting on one’s own, and I am convinced Aaron’s representation made a huge difference in my outcome. When I realized the gravity of the charges - including a fleeing the scene of an accident charge - I decided to seek legal representation. I asked another attorney (a friend of an acquaintance) if he had anyone he would recommend. His exact words were, “…well I’m an attorney and if I got a DUI, Aaron Black is the guy I would hire”. I reached out to Aaron and found him to be unvarnished, readily available and responsive, tough, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable and proficient. What I found to be even more impressive were his amazing instincts. That is a skill that can’t be taught. In fact, while doing my required hours at a treatment facility, several others asked me who my lawyer was because their own lawyers paled miserably in comparison in terms of preparation and responsiveness. And the day I went to court was not working in my favor as I was assigned a judge who seemed to rule with her own personal biases and a surprising lack of knowledge in the rule of law. Aaron tactfully educated her as to the customary procedure as she seemed intent on giving me 30 days in jail even though this was my first offense. Aaron was able to get me down to 2 days in jail with a week of home detention, reduced fines, 1 year of Interlock, and most importantly the fleeing the scene charge was dismissed. Hiring the right attorney makes all the difference in moving forward in the best way possible, and spending the money and hiring Aaron was an investment in my own future.
