Julio Laboy and his team are exceptional in their field. Mr. Laboy has the experience and understanding necessary to navigate the court system. He is prompt to respond to his clients, even answering while he is busy in court with a text to let you know that he is in court and when he will be available. He and his team, specifically Cindi and Kearsten, are very compassionate and caring through this scary process of having your freedom, in my case, my son’s freedom on the line. My only regret is not contacting them earlier in the case. If you’re considering hiring someone I would highly recommend calling Mr. Laboy for the consultation, which is free. I just want to say thank you for caring about your clients.

I went to Julio Laboy because after spanking my kid his mother decided to press charges in order to help her Family Court case against me. At the time I had a different attorney who wasted months doing nothing and then told me that I should plead guilty and accept a felony on my record. I fired that guy and with God's Grace I found Julio Laboy. Julio immediately sprang into action, and mentioned that the first 30 days are extremely important for any case. He even called me on a Sunday, [probably getting himself in trouble with Mrs. Laboy by doing so!] Long story short- within 30 days I had a letter from the County Prosecutor dropping the charges. My only complaint is that Mr. Laboy has spoiled me, and now I expect every attorney to act like this- taking calls on a Sunday and getting nearly instant positive results. I only wish he would take on my Family Court case!

I contacted Laboy Law offices in regards to a domestic violence case, Mr Laboy was very responsive and attentive to my needs. He understood my situation and advised me on how I needed to proceed. I contacted Mr Laboy on several occasions and he was very quick to respond every time. I never felt alone or abandoned! Mr Laboy explained the pro’s and con’s of my situation and he explained to me all possible outcomes, even the outcomes that I may not like. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. My case was dismissed without prejudice and I would highly recommend Laboy Law offices to anyone in my similar situation.

Before contacting Julio Laboy’s office, my case was turned down by many of Phoenix’s “best” known attorneys, saying I would be wasting my money in hiring a lawyer and that serving my current plea deal for 5 years in prison was the best bet I was going to get even though I had no prior convictions. Even my public attorney at the time said that there was absolutely nothing he can do in his power after “trying” to negotiate with the prosecutor for a better plea deal. When I first spoke to Mr.Laboy he wanted to know MY side of the story not what the police report had said and that was very comforting, knowing he was already on my side and especially in a time like this it was very important to me. He also gave me immediate advice on what to do to help better my case even if I decide to hire him as my attorney or not, and that alone says many things about this man. Even at an extremely affordable cost Julio, his staff and colleague Cindy are the most respectful, caring and helpful people I have spoken to in a while. They take their job very seriously and hope nothing but the best for their clients, even said all of that is an understatement. Julio is a well experienced attorney. He knows exactly what he’s doing and that’s obviously a critical component when hiring a lawyer. At the stand while the judge was stating my deposition, Julio noticed an error that was being said by judge and if I had agreed to it the way it was being said it would’ve complicated matters even further but Julio was quick on his feet and stopped me before I can agree and made sure to correct the judge in a very respectful manner of course. Mr.Laboy or his staff would occasionally check in on me or fill me in on any updates or just alone to see how I’m doing, if that isn’t professional then I really don’t know what is. This was a point in my life that would change forever had I ever made the choice to go with Julio Laboy. In the end because of Julio and his team working endlessly around the clock, after facing serious charges that were guaranteed jail time I was given ZERO jail or prison time. I was given another chance. I am able to continue supporting my family and my growth in my career all thanks to Mr.Laboy and his team. Writing this review was the absolute least I can do for all of their hard work. Thank you Julio and Laboy law office.
