Ben Kuipers is crooked and greedy. He accomplished nothing, and charged astronomical rates for not filing petitions and motions, canceling a judge appearance to clear the opposing attorney's schedule under false pretences, he didn't turn in evidence to detectives, didn't get temporary orders for temporary finances in place (and certainly didn't have them enforced), and did NOT advocate for his client. If you are a victim of domestic violence and experiencing physical, financial, legal, and emotional abuse during a divorce--RUN away from Ben Kuipers. He will take your meager money and multiply it tenfold of debt to his firm, leave you high and dry, and commit moral abuse by doing nothing to help. Lots of talk, zero action. His inaction caused IMMENSE HARM. To someone already experiencing trauma and abuse. The courts and attorneys are literally supporters of abusers.

Ben, help my son in a serious situation which would have lead my son into 15 plus years.. Instead Ben was able to reeduce down to 3 year non- dangerous... With God in front and Ben surroundings... We were Blessed. Not only the time reduction but Ben had empathy and very understanding financially. Thank Ben... Note this was 4 years ago AND I'm still grateful for him. Again thank you.

Ben and I worked together and consulted on several different matters. He's an excellent lawyer that is able to think about the big picture and prepare for a number of different contingencies. If I was to ever get in a bind, Ben is one of the first attorneys that I would call.

I was caught between a hard place and a rock. I was charged with a DUI in Feb 2015 and this was my 2nd offense with in the last 10 years. As I was looking for a lawyer to represent myself, I was referred to speak with Ben Kuipers. My first impression of Ben is that he does not like to lose. I also loved the fact he was very confident we had a case to fight. Big Ben formatted a game plan, and he stood very firm with what we wanted . To make a long story short, Ben plead my case down from a DUI to a reckless driving. Now, I will not have an Interlock device, or face any jail time.My license will not be suspended and I will have a smaller fine to pay. The best part was when other lawyers in the Tempe Court House overheard our plea. They approached him asking, "how did you get your client a reckless with a prior"!? If you are caught between a rock and a hard place, I HIGHLY recommend Ben Kuipers to represent you in the court of law Thank you again
