I had a small claims case and called Kimmey & Murphy to see if they could help (???? ??? ???? ?????? ??????? ?? ??? ????). I spoke to a really sweet girl named Megan who was very helpful: 1. Megan said I could send a summary of the case via email. 2. Said she would give it to the attorneys and let me know if they could help. 3. So I sent her the email. 4. But I didn't hear from her, so I called to follow up. 5. Only then did she say that the law firm would not help. *This was a time sensitive issue so this was quite frustrating. 🙁 She didn't have the courtesy to reply to my email like she said she would. Her only response was: "??…????...??'?? ?????? ????." Not sure if this is normal behavior for a law firm but, somehow, this didn’t seem very professional (?) * FYI: You deserve to be treated like you matter. Even if a law firm decides not to help with your case. Hope this review is helpful. ??

Since the unfortunate passing of Mr. Kimmey the firm's work has been nonexistent. In February the case passed 2 years so it was obvious the case was not going to be prosecuted, just needed something formal. Called monthly and they kept making excuses but promising they would get it taken care of. Two months ago got a formal letter from the county stating they were not prosecute. Still nothing from the law firm. If you are looking for a lawyer go somewhere else. This firm is worthless.
