December 2021 by Dawn ReeceHighly recommend Kimbrough. From the start to finish the entire staff was professional, kind, informative and responsive to my calls. My 84 yr old father went for elder care advice for him and my mother with ALZ. He had a good existing POA but it potentially lacked the full financial power he would want his agent to have. A new will was done should he pass before my mother that would care for her with a trust.

The firm's underlying philosophy is to protect the client; in other words, to lessen or prevent any liability the client may face. They were very instrumental in guiding her through the process of locating a place for her husband to spend his final days. This gave her both peace of mind and the physical relief we all, but especially my mom, so desperately needed. Not only were they spot on in addressing our legal matters, they were sensitive to the emotions that were occurring at this moment in my mother's life.
