Kurt is an excellent attorney. Kurt provides invaluable assistance to other attorneys both at trial and in appellate situations. At trial, Kurt helps with motions in limine and preserving issues for appeal--two issues that trial attorneys often overlook. By using Kurt's services, attorneys have the best chance of mitigating the risk of adverse rulings to their case. First, Kurt does a fantastic job of keeping prejudicial issues out of the case. Second, Kurt makes sure any adverse rulings are appropriately preserved for appeal. Kurt's experience and results are a testimonial to his abilities. Kurt has an extensive wealth of knowledge to share with those who need it. He is very intelligent and innovative especially when it comes to thinking outside the box. I don't know how he does it but he can notice and break down complex issues so a child can understand them. His knowledge is well worth the price and will ultimately pay for itself.

Kurt is a lawyer to the lawyers. He brings a wide berth of both knowledge and research and writing skills to the table.
