My name is Shawn. Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with this law firm at all. It has been 2 years almost and I still have to beg for updates. I’m a single mom of 4 and for me it has been the most Frustrating thing ever it’s like they work themselves and not the client. I have begged to speak with a supervisor and still hasn’t gotten a call. As I understand cases take time but my case has been finalized for months now and still no check. I was told they have my money but it will take another month to send me my part and can’t get an explanation to why. I just feel like communication is key and they are terrible at communicating. They have horrible attitudes when you ask questions and always have to call and ask them first. I just wish I had dealt with someone else as this has been a long process with no regards to me and what my family is going through.

Katerina and the entire team at Kanner & Pintaluga have been the most helpful group of professionals I have ever dealt with. This was the first time that I dealt with being hit by another vehicle. Adela has been very helpful in every way . You call her she's quick to get things done. Have called others in your firm takes days and sometimes never calls back. My therapist have reached out several times reached out to office to settle for granddaughter. Had call Adela she got right on it.
