SCAM ARTIST!!! Took $1100 from my girlfriend which was basically my money and she received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, NO SERVICES, for her money and now refuses to refund the money. He never filed a notice of representation, and he told her she would likely be arrested for self surrendering to quash her warrant. She Needless to say was not arrested and when her felonies were reduced to mideamenors she finally realized I was right and she never needed a lawer. He's claiming his assistant, who has no legal training whatsoever, ( I have known her for years), worked for hours on the case. We have got NOTHING for our money and we just had a baby so we could use this money back. Trust me, you DO NOT WANT TO HIRE THIS GUY!! Now he won't even answer or return my girlfriends phone calls. And my roommate called around to find a DUI attorney and all four lawers he spoke with warned him to stay away from Joe Saenni! Wow, what a reputation, right?!!
