The best lawyer I've known. Joe's was on the case the minute I get off the phone. He's fast with returning phone called and email and if he's not available due to being in court, he will reply by the end of the day. My best experiment with Joe and his office is that he explained to me thoroughly about the case in human terms because some lawyer doesn't do that. I think it is very important that I understand the circumstance. I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes I have had. Mr. Joe Habachy took on an extremely difficult case and encountered issues that no one expected and few had ever seen. He worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it perfectly. His thorough research provided us with the pathway we needed to rise to victory. I will only recommend Joe Habachy as I have never been nor have I ever seen anyone treated better.

Joe Habachy is the Real Deal! I had a great experience working with Joe and his team. Very transparent and very quick to return my calls. Straight forward and honest and especially very thorough. I hired Joe to help defend my brother on a case and with just a few hours of looking into the case Joe was able to make a few calls, with those calls Joe was able to secure a deal of a century!! My brother was offered 2+ years of prison and Joe got it reduced to house arrest with probation. The previous attorney we hired charged us $25k and couldn't even get anything done and was trying to get my brother to plea out to a 2+ years of jail. Joe is very well connected and knows this stuff. I promise you Joe is worth every penny!

Amazing Attorney. Very professional. We used Atty Joe Habachy for a legal issue that my son had in Cobb County. Extremely easy to reach and always returned phone calls or emails the same day - great communication throughout the whole process. He did a phenomenal job with a unbelievable outcome. My brother had a very complicated major federal case that could have potentially put him away for decades. We had hired a previous highly regarded attorney and he had come to the conclusion that nothing could be done to save him. This attorney had advised that we plead out the case and do roughly a decade. Someone recommended that we contact Joe. Thank God we did. Joe took the case, was very professional and he was also frank. in addition, he was very encouraging. His charges were reasonable based on the work and complication.
