We hired mr smith we was very disappointed in his service you can never get anyone to call you back they tell you they will but they don’t.They can’t never answer your question there answer is I’ll find out call you back that don’t never happen never.Mr smith he can’t remember nothing every time you go to court he can’t remember your case you have to tell him what’s what’s he didn’t show up on few of the cases it was always something with him very disappointed with the service I would say don’t waste your time or money on him !!!

Today I received a call from this attorney's office and encountered a very rude and unprofessional receptionist or someone claiming to be the "paralegal". What ever her role, she is a poor representation of this firm. In my opinion, if this is how people are treated with this firm I am left to question the reputation and the abilities of this firm. This was an awful first experience. In-fact, after the phone was "slammed in my ear", I called back several times and got no answer. When I switched phones and called back I received an answer from the same person who basically said who cares if I contact the attorney about her behavior, only to slam the phone in my ear again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!!
