I’ve had two bad experiences and don’t recommend . My first time going to Huffman Huffman was in 2020 referred from a friend . Long story short I had a very high profile case that was on the news and I sustained injuries . During the process I got a phone call from “Charlie Huffman “!that told me I was spending to much money . And after the first case I barley seen anything back maybe about $4k which was trash considering my car was totaled and had a very badly sprain ankle. Also I had various medical bills that they did not pay . Releuctently I went back after another accident . This time I made sure all my ducks were in a row and I had healthcare to lower cost. I was told by Nicolas Woodhouse my case could not get over 14500 which makes no sense when I was hurt again and car totaled . On the second case was given 6k total still owed 2500 on my car and now they’re holding on to the rest of my money for no reason saying they’re waiting to see if my insurance will pay when my insurance has paid everything . I’m glad I had my own money to by another car . Bad enough I have to wait and still pay a car payment then to get low balled by someone that’s suppose to help is crazy .Mr Woodhouse or Tammy have not even returned my calls to get info on the rest of my funds. Now I have to find a lawyer for the lawyers I hired . These people are all about themselves go somewhere else .

The attorneys were wonderful in working with me by keeping me informed with the process and settled my case fairly and expeditiously. Huffman and Huffman represented my daughter in her injury case for a dog attack. I couldn’t be happier with the way she was treated by everyone involved in the case. To get personal calls from the attorney from day one says a lot. They are very personable and friendly and do an amazing job about explaining the entire process. I 10/10 recommend them!
