December 2021 by Michelle Bretland100% I would recommend this law office if you are working on disability. They stuck by my side for almost 5 years (thanks covid) and won my case. I was assigned to Rake but actually only ever spoke to him 1 time during the entirety of my case. Emily Zainey is the attorney that I worked with and should be given the credit. Without her I would not have been able to get through this. Their legal assistant Kristen Smith is a very caring and compassionate person, I will not forget her kindess during covid when I was struggling most.

December 2021 by SarahThey give very clear instructions on what information to gather and how often to give them updates regarding your case. They're much better organized/streamlined than other attorneys that I'd tried to work with for the same issue. I felt much more confident both in the process of gathering/reporting information and with my attorney's competency and skill. I was so happy to finally get a favorable decision, but I would've stayed with HNB through appeals if the decision hasn't been in my favor. The fee percentage (the common "we don't get paid unless you get paid' model) was a bit higher than other attorney officers I'd dealt with, but it was worth it to actually win the case.

With a special thank you to my attorney, Elizabeth Savino, and legal assistant and paralegal, Amanda. However, everyone at HNB contributed to my win. This firm is a team they all worked tirelessly toward one goal and that was getting my Disability. I am in extreme pain and it was so hard to deal with every day things and they made it easy and spoke to me anytime I needed something. I would recommend them 100% to anyone needing a fantastic team of Disability attorneys and staff! THANK YOU!

They have been right on top of things the whole time and have gotten me an outcome that I needed! They are very responsive and prompt when they respond! When I first applied years ago and got denied I chose a law firm that was no help at all, but its been the total opposite this time! 10/10 Recommend!!!!! Michael Rake was my attorney along with Bobbie and others who were nothing but helpful and amazing!!!!! Thank you !!!!
