Justin is a top-notch excellent DUI and trial attorney. He knows is stuff better than anyone. He will be very straightforward with you about your case every step of the way. Despite Covid-19, Justin was able to solve my case in a very efficient manner making me a very happy customer!! Because of his knowledge and expertise in this area, I was able to get everything dismissed without settling for a plea deal and without going to trial. WIN WIN. Through his knowledge, he was able to determine that the Police Officer completely messed up the field tests and did not perform them correctly deeming the only pieces of evidence that the prosecution had as faulty and not reliable. Justin also will not let you settle for anything less than the best. I was reffered to Justin by someone with a complicated problem because I had a complicated problem. Mr. Spizman exceeded my expectations while managing them at the same time. He was respectful, responsive clear, concise and dogged in defending both of my legal situations. I can’t thank him enough for his timely results that allowed me to enjoy my Birthday as a free man to spend time with my family but also make my vacation on time instead of being wrongfully in jail possibly with no bond over overzealous prosecution and clerical errors.
