December 2021 by Layne O'SteenThis firm is the definition of unprofessional. They even threatened me with a libel suit when I told them that I was going to start posting online reviews. So I will be very careful here. Kevin’s firm represented me in a civil matter. You very often won’t get the whole truth when they answer your questions, so be VERY specific when you need information. Ask the questions different ways so that you can get to the true answer. Be prepared to wait for them to respond. On average it takes three requests to get a response. I had been dealing with one person, Kevin, at the firm. I had dealt with no one else. The afternoon before my court case, I was passed off to another attorney that knew nothing about my case. I had to meet him early just to go over it with him. Kevin can also be very rude and will not hesitate to insult you if you ask too many questions. There are many firms in Athens that understand ethics, truth, honesty, and professionalism. Go with one of those firms.
