December 2021 by Lynette EdenI called this firm and left a message. I got a call back in a very short time from Attorney Sherri Trinh the very same day. I explained my friend's problem and she told me it was something their firm could not handle but she emailed me with information on who I could contact! Now, this is 100% customer service. How often does this happen? If this is how they treat a non-client, I can just imagine this firm would handle a client! I've told so many people about this and they didn't believe me.
