I worked with Nick Lotito and his law firm recently and I have to say it was a great experience and he is a super lawyer! I first used another law firm that was not very professional and led to my case getting into trouble. Nick was a very intelligent attorney when I needed one the most. I was being investigated by the US Attorney's office in Atlanta, GA as well as Defense Investigative Services. Anything involving the Federal Government is really arcane and when it involves information technology contracting it can be particularly complex. Nick took the time to understand about a thousand pages of documents covering the details of the situation. He was able to ensure that no charges were brought and the investigation was dropped. He did a great job for me. He ended the investigation, saved my job and allowed me to return to a normal life. I would recommend him any time you need a top notch attorney.

Nick Lotito was a blessing to find. I was indicted on real estate fraud, Nick worked closely with me, gathering any and all information needed to defend me.
